Relaxation Techniques
With today's hectic lifestyles, people have become accustomed to overlooking warning signs that it is time to rethink some of our behaviors. Learning to relax is crucial to our physical and mental health.
In these workshops we teach a variety of simple and effective relaxation techniques to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, stress and depression. Techniques include breathing, meditation, massage, use of essential oils, yoga movements and dance.

It is recommended for all audiences, no previous experience is necessary to participate. They usually take place once a month, in the Garden of Silence, Gracia, Barcelona. The Garden of Silence is an outdoor space, with lots of nature, it looks like an oasis in the middle of the Gracia neighborhood.
